Shijiazhuang Changshan Hengxin Texile Co., Ltd., as a subsidiary of the holding co***ny Shijazhuang Changshan Textile Co., Ltd. (a famous listed textile co***ny in China). was established in July 2003 and is a modern enterprise specially engaging in producing high-grade yarns.
Changshan Hengxin is located in Shijiazhuang national hi-tech industry development zone, covering an area of 378 mu(250,000m2), with its total investment up to 860 million RMB and total construction area is up to 120,000 square meters. With the whole process of imported comfor spinning machines production line of 20,000 spindles, imported combing yarn production line of 100,000 spindles and domestic open-end spinning production line of 2300 spin ends. Its annual output of comfor spinning yarn reaches to 1,500 tons, high¨Cgrade combing yarn 9,000 tons, OE Yarn 4,000 tons.
The co***ny has an excellent and experienced technician group and is equipped with advanced processing machines such as 3 sets of Germany-made Trutzschiler TC-03 scotching carding frames and Swiss-made Rieter C31 scotching and carding frame, 42 set of Swiss-made Rieter E62 combing machines, 24 sets of Swiss-made Rieter RSB-35 auto-even drawing machines, 34 sets of domestic FA426 roving frames, 20 sets of Swiss-made Rieter K44 comfor spinning machines and 36 sets of Italy-made Orion full-automatic winding machines. The co***ny adopts advanced measures for testing and examining and has set up a standard laboratory equipped with testing devices such as Swiss-made Uster HVI, UT-4, AFIS, TENSOJET4, and CLASSIMAT etc, so as to be completely in conformity with the international standard. The central IT management system is adopted continuously day and night in the whole production processes.
